In May 2022, I was honored to be selected for IDEO's Young Talent Program(YTP). This unique opportunity provided me with the chance to collaborate with a group of talented designers and engage in innovative projects that fueled my passion for design! 🎨✨

💊 “Time Capsule”
An immersive “memory capsule” product that allows you to collect your memories, travel back in time, and step into other one’s time rivers.

My Contribution
01. I led a team of 5 designers in conducting comprehensive research based on the design challenge and quickly determined clear design directions and goals.
02. Recognizing each team member's strengths, I thoughtfully distributed the workload to ensure efficient collaboration within the tight timeline.
03. I organized presentations to gather valuable feedback from both users and experts for future improvements to our design.

My Learnings
01. Embrace Ambiguity
Embracing ambiguity, even when lacking a clear direction for a solution, is a challenging but crucial aspect of human-centered design. The uncertainty itself becomes an opportunity for innovation and exploration, enabling designers to discover unique and meaningful solutions.
02. Visualize the Solution
In dealing with abstract design ideas, visualization becomes a powerful tool. Creating storyboards, prototypes, and visual representations allows designers to breathe life into their ideas. During this process, new ideas may emerge, leading to more concrete solutions.
03. Build a Collaborative Workflow
Working with designers from diverse backgrounds necessitates establishing a collaborative workflow. By doing so, we ensure efficient collaboration and alignment throughout the problem-solving process.
